Project Summary
PropertyHub is a role-based web platform that streamlines property search, listing, and viewing for tenants, landlords, and agents. It combines advanced filters, AI-assisted matching, in-app chat, and an integrated viewing scheduler to reduce vacancy time and simplify communication.
Role-aware login: users land in tailored dashboards.
Problem Statement
Fragmented tools and poor communication caused 3-week average vacancy periods, a 40% no-show rate for viewings, and duplicated listings across platforms. Users needed a single, role-aware platform to search, list, communicate, and schedule — quickly and reliably.
Design Process
EMPATHIZE
Shadowed 16 users across roles to map workflows and pain points.
DEFINE
Key insight — users want “trust + speed”: verified listings, fewer apps, and an easy scheduling flow.
ideate
Created 3 portal variations and prioritized a role-centric UI.
prototype
Built 45+ role-adaptive Figma screens and an interactive prototype.
Testing
Usability tests and pilot analytics showed significant improvements in task completion and listing time.
